Club Velaris is a private, invite-only club based in London. Members have one trusted contact, Charlie Spencer, who arranges what they need personally and discreetly.

Membership is by introduction. A current member or trusted partner puts your name forward, you speak with Charlie privately, and if it is the right fit, terms are agreed and you receive his direct number. Yes. Requests without a nomination are considered individually. Tell us how you heard of Club Velaris and what you would like taken care of, and Charlie will reply personally.

Membership terms are agreed privately and depend on what each member needs. We do not publish fees.

Charlie Spencer, the founder, personally. There are no account managers, call centres or handovers. Behind each arrangement sits a network of vetted operators, agents, venues and security partners, chosen and managed by Charlie.

Because every member is looked after personally. Keeping the club small is what allows each request to be handled to the same standard.

Both were founded by Charlie Spencer and sit under Velaris Holdings Ltd. Velaris Aviation is a private jet and helicopter charter brokerage; Club Velaris is its private sister club.

Club Velaris is based in London and looks after members wherever they are.

Members are never named to press, partners or other members. Nothing is posted about members, suppliers receive only the details a booking needs, and members' records are seen only by Charlie.

Introduction requests usually receive a personal reply within one working day. Members contact Charlie directly on his own number.
