Club Velaris is invite-only. New members are introduced by existing members and trusted partners, and every membership begins with a private conversation.
Three steps, all of them personal.
Nomination
A current member or one of our trusted partners puts your name forward. If you have been given a nomination reference, include it with your request.
Conversation
You meet Charlie in person or speak privately, so he understands how you live and what you would like taken off your hands.
Welcome
Terms are agreed, you receive Charlie’s direct number, and your first request can be made the same day.
Charlie’s number, and everything it opens.
Members have a direct line to Charlie for whatever they need arranged, at home or abroad.
Membership is limited so that every member can be looked after personally. Terms are discussed privately and tailored to what each member needs, and we do not publish fees.
The things we will never do.
We never name our members.
Not to press, not to partners and not to other members. You will find no client list, case study or testimonial here.
We never post about you.
No photographs, no location tags, no social media. What happens on a member's arrangement stays on it.
We share only what is needed.
Suppliers receive the details a booking requires and nothing more, under confidentiality agreements we hold them to.
We keep your records closed.
Preferences, documents and travel history are held privately and seen only by Charlie.
